DIVERSIFYING PUBLIC SAFETY

PRODIJIUS provides public safety solutions for a variety of diversity and inclusion staffing challenges facing cities and municipalities across the United States. We are not only involved in the recruitment of law enforcement and firefighter personnel towards building an inclusive public safety workforce, but also design programs that promote equity and inclusion in our diverse communities.

Minority Police Recruitment

A minority police recruitment program that emphasizes community policing, diversity, and accountability can play a significant role in reducing the number of arrests in the Black population. This program aims to build trust, promote fairness, and create a safer and more equitable environment for all community members. It requires collaboration between law enforcement agencies, community leaders, and residents to achieve its objectives and foster positive change.

As a community leader, I recognize the pivotal role I play in not just acknowledging these changes, but also in shaping them for the better.

I have used my platform over the years as a community leader and CEO of Moovn Technologies to speak out on variety of social justice and equity issues locally and nationally. I founded Prodijius to not only amplify my messages but to also take action and advocate for change.

Change is inevitable, but it is our response to change is what defines us. As a community leader, I see the changing landscape of diversity and social justice as an opportunity to create a community where everyone, regardless of their background, has an equal chance to thrive. Together, we can shape a more inclusive, equitable, and just future for all.
